Trust levels: “New host” has an account; “Hosted an event” has at least one past event with a reservation — these are activity markers only. “Address verified” means the host gave the Rockstar Parking team a document (such as a utility bill, tax statement, deed, mortgage statement, or lease with permission) showing their connection to the address, and we reviewed it. It isn’t a guarantee of ownership, safety or availability. Reservations currently do not collect payment.
